How to insert CD-ROM into the iMac’s DVD drive?

You’ve been wondering how you can insert a CD/DVD media into the iMac’s drive. Here’s a quick guide on how you can achieve it.

Here’s how a typical DVD-R will look like, and yes, iMac comes with a DVD BURNER.

With the label facing the front, notice there is a line/hole on the right side of the iMac? That’s the insertion slot for your CDs. Gently push the cd in as shown on the picture with the label facing you. Wait for the CD to initialize and you’re ready to use it! The icon will appear on the desktop.

To eject the CD, press this button on the keyboard.
